Privacy Policy

Oh My Dog! Logic Puzzle (cc.ohmydog) · Last updated: 25. 9. 2026

The short version

Oh My Dog! has no accounts. Your progress stays on your phone. If you choose to use the online leaderboards or private leagues, our server stores a random player id, your nickname and your daily-puzzle results — nothing that identifies you (section 7), and you can delete it. The game is free because it offers optional rewarded videos from Google AdMob; AdMob — not us — collects the data described in section 5, within the consent choices you make in the app.

1. Who we are

Temno Modro d.o.o. ("we", "us"), a company established in Slovenia, publishes the Oh My Dog! Logic Puzzle app and this website and is responsible for this policy. For anything in it, write to support@ohmydog.cc.

2. No account

There is no sign-up and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number. The app sends nothing about you to us unless you use the optional online leaderboards (section 7). At start-up it only downloads a few game settings from ohmydog.cc, such as how often ads appear between levels; that request carries no id and nothing about your game, and like any web request it shows your IP address, which ends up only in our standard server logs (section 8).

3. Your progress stays on your device

Your level and score, daily-puzzle results and streaks, remaining power-ups and your settings are stored locally on your device. We do not receive them, except the daily results you submit to the online leaderboards (section 7). They are removed when you uninstall the app. If you back up your phone, that backup is governed by Apple's or Google's terms, not ours.

4. Sharing results

When you tap share, the app opens your phone's own share sheet with a short, spoiler-free text — your time, streak and a link such as ohmydog.cc/d/42, or for a challenge, a link that encodes the board and your time. You choose where it goes; nothing is sent unless you send it. Opening such a link on this website works like visiting any web page (see section 8).

5. Ads (Google AdMob)

The only ads in the app are rewarded videos served by Google AdMob, and they play only when you ask for one — to get a bone back after running out, or to use a power-up once its free uses are spent. To serve and measure ads, and to prevent ad fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy, and explains how it uses data from partner apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Your consent choices

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent where the law requires it — in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR), and in US states with privacy laws. Depending on your choice, you get personalised ads, or limited / non-personalised ads. Where the law gives you that choice, you can change it at any time with the Privacy settings button on the app's home screen.

On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

7. Online leaderboards and private leagues (optional)

Daily-puzzle leaderboards, streak rankings and private leagues are optional and run on our own server at ohmydog.cc — no Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. Nothing is sent until you use one of them. When you do, we store:

You never type a nickname or a league name: both only ever combine words from our lists, so they cannot contain your real name or anything else about you.

There is no email address, no account and no link to your advertising ID or to AdMob. Your IP address reaches our server with each request, as with any website: we use it briefly to limit abuse (for example, how many players one address may create per hour) and it appears in our standard server logs (section 8); it is not stored with your player data. We process this data to provide the leaderboards you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for abuse limits and logs, on our legitimate interest in keeping the service running (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We keep it until you delete it. The app can delete your online player together with all of its results and league memberships (leagues left without members are deleted too); uninstalling the app does not do this by itself. You can also write to support@ohmydog.cc with the App user ID shown in the app and we will delete it within 30 days. Step by step: Delete your data.

8. This website

This website sets no cookies, has no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting, only as long as that requires.

9. Children

The app is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; ad requests are handled by Google AdMob as described above.

10. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si). We hold no account or profile about you — only the leaderboard data in section 7 if you use it, which you can delete from the app or by writing to us. For data processed by AdMob, use your in-app consent settings and Google's tools linked above, or write to us and we will help.

11. Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. The version on this page is always the current one.
