Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Temno Modro d.o.o. ("we", "us"), the Slovenian company that publishes the Oh My Dog! Logic Puzzle app. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The terms of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded it from apply as well.

2. The game

The app is free to play. Optional rewarded videos from Google AdMob give you in-game help, such as a power-up or a bone back. In-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

3. Fair use

You may use the app for your own personal entertainment. Please do not use it for anything unlawful, interfere with its ads (for example by automating ad views), or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Ownership

The app, its puzzles, artwork, characters, sounds and name belong to Temno Modro d.o.o. or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the app, not ownership of any of it.

5. Provided as is

The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

6. Changes

We may change the app and these terms. When the terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; if you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply. We may stop distributing the app or discontinue features.

7. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
